Meet Phoebe
I really love my work. I was always going to end up in the helping profession, since it runs in the family. You’ll find me warm, gentle, and compassionate, with a touch of humour and authenticity. I’m a therapist who has been in therapy, and grateful for that.

My key areas of expertise are Relationships, Family and Couples Therapy, Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Self-Esteem, Trauma, Chronic Pain and Chronic Health issues, and Grief. I have also worked in the area of Autism Spectrum Disorder, and will work with young people and their families. I have worked with War-Related Trauma, as well as Complex Trauma and work compassionately to help individuals feel safe again in the world and in their relationships.

My therapy room is a welcoming space for everyone, no matter what your situation is, including those who identify as LGBTQIA+ and for all cultures.
